Strategic Planning

I am available for short-term strategic planning for organizations regarding their diversity and inclusion policies and practices. This planning process can consist of review of documents or resources, observations of facilities, surveys, interview or focus groups with members and/or clients. I then use these findings to create a data-driven actionable plan with assessment benchmarks that best fit your organization's needs.

Workshops

My workshops are engaging and interactive to learn about topics such as diversity and justice, addressing intersectionality, privilege, and inequality. I support your team to not only learn new information, but also apply their learning to generate new realizations and possibilities. At the same time, the group is building relationships by exercising their social justice muscles together, leading to improved capacity to carry the work forward both individually and as a team.

Research & Grants

As a trained social scientist, I have been taught to observe and examine the world through the eyes of those I study. Yet I’ve never conducted research just for knowledge's sake. I am glad to work with you to develop research strategies, write grants, evaluate programs, and use these data-driven insights to design solutions that help you achieve your goals.

Speaking Engagements

Whether it's 5 people or 150, audiences will come to life with energy, humor, and excitement as I engage them in topics of DEI, gender, and inequality. I am available for keynote lectures at conferences or seminar series, as well as for guest teaching courses within Sociology and Women's and Gender Studies.
